1. The Role Defined

Your mission:

Empower and guide a team of chatters as a Sales Manager (Chatter Manager) to excel in chat sales through effective coaching, fostering engaging and authentic interactions with fans, and driving revenue growth for creators. This role is crucial in nurturing talent, implementing strategic chat initiatives, and ensuring the team’s success aligns with Belle Muse’s values and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Chatting Oversight: Direct involvement in chatting to maintain a hands-on understanding and provide immediate feedback — daily QC.
  2. Performance Reviews: Assessing chatters’ interactions for quality and effectiveness, offering constructive critiques.
  3. Training Sessions: Conducting regular training to enhance chatters’ skills and sales techniques.
  4. Content Coordination: Collaborating with creators for content updates and strategizing post schedules.
  5. Data Analysis: Reviewing chat and sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  6. Team Meetings: Leading briefings to align on goals, share insights, and motivate the team.
  7. Innovation Workshops: Facilitating brainstorming sessions for new chat strategies and sales tactics.

Your KPIs:

We heavily believe in data — these will be the KPIs your success will be measured by:
  1. Total chat sales
  2. PPV Sales Conversion Rates
  3. Fan Engagement/Retention


We will measure your success for your time with us by the following practical outcomes, amongst others:
  1. Achieve 1000 dollars per shift on average for each assigned chatter
  2. Develop a clear and effective strategy for each assigned account
  3. Develop an action-oriented assessment and strategy for each chatter under management
